Vinificazione
The grapes are hand picked in boxes of 20 kg, are immediately transported to the cellar, following a strict selection, are pressed whole. The clarification of the flower is cold. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature (15°C) to preserve the aromas of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged on lees. Followed by a period of aging in bottle.
Caratteristiche Organolettiche
Color: Light straw yellow with green tints. Nose: the nose offers hints of green apple and banana. Taste: fresh, aromatic with a strong acidity.
Abbinamenti Gastronomici
It goes well with fresh cheeses, fish and fruit. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
