PRODUCTION
0lives are manually harvested early November andare immediately crushed al low temperature. The italian oil is then extracted at cold temperature. I Tre Colli is unfi/tered.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Color: Green with light straw yellow hints.
Aromas: Herbaceous fragrant aromas withfruity reminiscence of oranges, lemons and walnuts.

Taste
Warm,fruity and velvety: light spicy ajìertaste.

FOOD PAIRING
Dressingfor mediterranean cuisine, as well as legumes and vegetable courses. Ideai with grilled meats,fish and corpaccio.
