Grapes are harvested slightly early, destemmed and are immediately pressed so that there is little colour extraction. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel, and the wine is then aged on its fine lees and in the bottle.

Tasting note
Colour: Salmon pink.
Aroma: Delicate with notes of roses and a touch of wild strawberry.
Taste: Fresh and savoury with an aftertaste recalling wild strawberry and marasca cherry.

Food pairing
Excellent with starters and simple dishes, vegetable soups, raw vegetables and with cold meats, fresh cheeses, chicken salad and seafood. Best served at a temperature of 12°C.
