A Gala evening to discover the beauties of Irpinia in a dream location, tasting fine wines.
ACTIVITY
The Event
Experience a gala evening discovering our estate. We will welcome you in the cellar with a rich buffet of aperitifs, wine-themed games and the musical accompaniment of “Music Zone Quartet”. The evening will continue with dinner at the La Vista restaurant with a selection of “Wines of the Stars”. Finally we will stroll through the AIA for a corner of sweetness and the slow smoking of a Tuscan cigar.

Arrival at the La Veduta restaurant with aperitif buffet:
- Beef Meatball with fried Polenta
- Montanara, Pistachio, Burrata and Mortadella
- Potato with Sausage and Smoked Provola
- Quiche Lorraine with Zucchini and Shrimp
“Jazz sotto le stelle” with Five-Piece Jazz Experience
Participate in wine trivia contest. The first three winners will receive a Magnum bottle of Taurasi Opera Mia 2019!

GALA EVENING
Menu
Cuttlefish and green apple salad with toasted hazelnuts, with mustard and honey dressing.
Risotto with scampi cream, burrata and lime zest.
Cod in batter, on chickpea cream and fried leek.
Coconut and pineapple semifreddo.
There are menus for children and for special dietary needs.
Menu can change following the seasons.
During dinner, children can take advantage of an outdoor play area.
