Aromas of ripe yellow fruit that immediately give way to a mineral note, hawthorn flowers and notes of candied fruit, with a light touch of toasting. Over the years the scent of Fiano will become more complex, enhancing notes of honey, dried fruit and chamomile. Elegant flavor, full-bodied with a good acidity that balance the wine, very persistent and spicy finish.
