It is the dry version of Cerri Merry, essential for creating light and fruity cocktails. Excellent to drink in a smooth version but also with ice. We suggest you try the Knight’s Aperitifs:  Cerri Royale,  Cerri Breeze and Cerri Max.

Organoleptic characteristics

Bright ruby red. Very expressive with hints of spices, fruits, black cherry, low and pleasant alcoholic note. Delicious smooth or iced as an aperitif. In blend, it is an excellent ingredient to create your cocktails.

Cocktails & Aperitif

CERRI ROYAL

Add 15 ml of Cerri Merry Dry to a glass of sparkling wine or Champagne. 

CERRI BREEZE

Mix

• 1 part Cerri Merry Dry
  
• 3 parts Spumante
  
• 3 parts Tonic.

CERRI MAX

In the shaker, shake

• 1 part of Cerri Merry Dry,
• 1 of Passito,
• 2  of Tonic
• 3 of Spumante.

Pour ice into the glass and decorate with sour cherries.
