Hillside vineyards in the municipality of Luogosano and Sant’Angelo all’Esca, at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level with a southeast exposure.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested when mature and gently pressed whole. A cold maceration is followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. This is followed by the secondary fermentation in sealed steel tanks for at least two months, resulting in a sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Colour: Coral pink.
Aroma: Wildflowers and wild strawberry.
Flavour: Soft, balanced and sweet on the finish. Fine and persistent bead.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif or with fresh seafood. Best served at a temperature of 5-6°C.
