
ORO ROSÈ
VINO SPUMANTE DI QUALITà ROSATO
It is a full, aromatic and soft sparkling wine ideal for aperitifs and special moments.
Sparkling method: Charmat.
Grapes: Native red grape variety.
Production area: Estate-owned vineyards. Hilly terrain between 350 and 450 m. a.s.l.
Training system: Guyot and spurred cordon.
Density: 4000 vines/ha
Grape yield: 80 q.li/ha
Type of soil: clayey-calcareous with volcanic outcrops at medium depth.
Harvest: End of September, mid-October.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the whole bunch. The must, cold clarified, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then follows the second fermentation in autoclave and aged on its fine lees for at least 2 months.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Coral pink.
Bouquet: Wild flowers, wild strawberry and raspberry.
Taste: Soft, balanced, sweet on the finish. Fine and persistent perlage.
Food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with cold and raw appetizers of the sea but also of the land.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
