Production area
Hillside vineyards in the municipality of Luogosano and Sant’Angelo all’Esca, at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level with a southeast exposure.

Vinification
Grapes are harvested at the exact point of maturity and gently pressed before cold settling. The first alcoholic fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by the secondary alcoholic fermentation, done in pressurised tanks known as autoclaves, which results in a sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Colour: Light and brilliant straw yellow. Aroma: Delicate and fine with notes of lime, acacia, green apple and wet stone, along with a slight touch of almond.
Taste: Elegant and balanced with a pleasant finish and persistent citrus and floral notes. Very fine and persistent bead.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif with light tapas, fritto misto, fresh seafood and vegetables, pasta salad or rice. Best served at a temperature of 6-8°C.
