VINO SPUMANTE

It is a very balanced, aromatic, savory and persistent sparkling wine thanks to the complementarity of the organoleptic characteristics of the three native white grapes that form the basis of the wine.

Grapes: Autochthonous white grapes

Production area: Estate-owned vineyards. Hilly terrain between 350 and 450m a.s.l. 

Type of soil: Clayey-calcareous

Vinification: The grapes harvested when ripe are pressed whole and softly.

The must, cold clarified, is fermented at low temperature. This is followed by a sparkling process in autoclave for a period of 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: Pale, bright straw yellow.

Bouquet: Delicate and fine with notes of lime, acacia, green apple and wet stone, together with a light touch of sugared almond.

Taste: Elegant and balanced with a pleasant flavor on the finish; evident continuity with the bouquet thanks to notes of tropical fruit and floral. Very fine and persistent perlage.

Food pairings

Perfect as an aperitif to accompany tapas and fish or vegetable appetizers, mixed fried, raw seafood, pasta or rice salad. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C. .
