The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and transported to the cellar where they are carefully selected before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and maceration on the skins lasts approximately 20 days. After fermentation, it ages in French oak barriques for 12 months, in concrete tanks for another 24 months and finally for at least 12 months in the bottle.
