Full Programm
Morning
We will begin the tour with a guided tour of the vineyard during, which the owner, Milena Pepe, and / or the technical staff, will illustrate the characteristics of our territory and explain the phenological phases of the vine.
This is followed by a guided tour of the cellar with explanations of the winemaking and aging process; Toast with sparkling gold and rustic cake.
We will walk through the centuries-old vineyards and olive groves and arrive on the crest of the hill for the tasting lunch.
Lunch at La Veduta, the Estate’s Restaurant Menu Contadino with Tenuta Cavalier Pepe wine tasting :
