Color

Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Aroma

On the nose it is delicate with mineral notes and rocky hints, which then leave room for hints of peach, candied fruit and chamomile, on a background of Mediterranean scrub.

Bouquet

Very drinkable, elegant, with good freshness and tropical and spicy aromas that return through the retronasal passages. Intense, persistent and elegant.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked and after careful selection in the cellar, they are pressed whole. The must is cold-clarified and fermentation is carried out at low temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages on its fine lees and then in the bottle.

Food and wine pairings

Ideal with seafood and shellfish dishes, seafood salad, vegetable flans and legume soups, tempura, tasty broths and delicate first courses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C.
