Production area: Vineyard owned in the locality of Santa Vara, extends in a unique body in front of the winery in the municipality of Luogosano and Sant’Angelo All’esca in the range of production of the denomination “Irpinia Falanghina Doc” Vineyards owned.

Soil typeClayey-Sandy, deep with good organic endowment and volcanic elements.
Tasting note
Colour: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: perfume is complex and aromatic, rich in fruity and citrus notes with sweet references of white pepper.
Taste: elegant, enveloping with excellent freshness, very persistent.
Food pairing: Ideal with good structure dishes, pasta with meat or seafood, cheeses, delicately spicy dishes, particularly indicated with dishes of the sea baked in the oven. Perfect in combination with the sea bass in salt crust. Serve at a temperature of 10 °c/12 ° C.
