Organoleptic characteristics

Color

Pale, bright straw yellow.

Aroma

Delicate and fine with notes of lime, acacia, green apple and wet stone, together with a light touch of sugared almond.

Bouquet

Elegant and balanced with a pleasant flavor on the finish; evident continuity with the bouquet thanks to notes of tropical fruit and floral. Very fine and persistent perlage.

Winemaking

The grapes harvested when ripe are pressed whole and softly. The must, cold clarified, is fermented at low temperature. This is followed by a sparkling process in autoclave for a period of 6 months.

Food and wine pairings

Perfect as an aperitif to accompany tapas and fish or vegetable appetizers, mixed fried, raw seafood, pasta or rice salad. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
