Joint Tenuta Cavalier Pepe for an exclusive experience to discover the truffles. Let yourself be enveloped by the sensations that will surround you in taste, sights, smells and sounds. In the morning, welcoming at the winery and explanation of the history and the varieties of the truffles. Then, continue the morning activities with a walk-in search of truffles. At lunchtime, the emotions continue at the La Veduta Restaurant, where each dish prepared by the restaurant’s chef will be dedicated to truffles and will be paired with some of our historical vintages wines to complete a unique sensory journey at the table.
THE DAY

Morning
Arrive at the Winery. Toast with a glass of “Or’osé,” our sparkling Rosato, and enjoy a Bruschetta with caciocavallo cheese and Scorzone Truffle.
Explanations of the historical and mythological origins of the truffles and the existing.
Truffle hunting! Take a walk through the centuries-old vineyards and olive groves to find truffles with the hunter and his dog.
Continue lunch at La Veduta, the Estate’s Restaurant. Enjoy a four-course menu highlighting truffles and paired with Tenuta Cavalier Pepe wine. The menu will include an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert.

Menu
Seasonal soup with beans, chestnuts, porcini mushrooms and truffle with Our Extravergine olive oil “I Tre Colli”.
Fresh spaghetti “alla chitarra” with cream of pecorino cheese bagnolese, black pepper and truffle .
Pork Filet cooked at slow temperature with potatoes, brown sauce and truffle.
Truffle and Chocolate Dessert.
During lunch, children are invited to participate in an educational workshop and a blind tasting of jams, to introduce them to a sensory and tasting journey.
Our restaurant has an outdoor playground for your children.
